Deep Blue- Use this to relieve  muscle tension, or if you have  inflammation in your joints this will relieve it.

Peppermint- Tension in the head or to bring down a fever and freshen breathe.  I often put a drop in my workout water bottle to perk me up.

Easy Air-I use this to open my airways, especially during flu season or to aid in seasonal allergies.  I snore so this is in my diffuser at night.

Lavender-sits by my stove to relieve burns, and bug bites it’s also very calming, if you need to wind down and get some z’s

Lemon is perfect to add to your water to aid in digestion, clean counters and it is known to be uplifting.
